  • Provide administrative support to the compliance department by performing a wide variety of responsibilities, including preparing expense reports, booking travel, setting up new vendors, processing invoices, updating billing information, distributing mail, and updating filing systems.
  •  Manage and ensure timely and accurate legal case management, including opening and maintaining investigation and due diligence files. 
  •  Communicate and execute key compliance tasks, including updating departmental trackers, maintaining key databases, and tracking on-line and in-person training.  
  •  Analyze data to create presentations regarding departmental activities and statistical trends for various internal committees.  
  •  Compose, edit, and proof legal documents, interoffice communications, memos, reports, procedures, etc.  
  •  Ensure information provided to compliance department is maintained in strict confidentiality. 
  •  Support internal investigations, including electronic evidence reviews and notetaking.  
  •  Assist with special projects, background checks, benchmarking research, annual risk assessments, legal initiatives, and other tasks to support compliance program initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree 
  • Prior work experience in a legal or compliance related setting
