To strengthen Halliburton's department for services related to the treatment of drilling and completion fluids and drilling waste, we are looking for a combined Performance Development Coordinator / HSEQ Coordinator.

Baroid delivers solutions to all segments within drilling fluids, completion fluids, drilling waste management and treatment. The position reports to the department head for Baroid and is part of the Management Team in Baroid.

 

Job description:

  • Coordinate all internal courses in Baroid Norway.
  • Map Baroid's level of knowledge in collaboration with Baroid BSM‚Äôs (Business Segment Manager)
  • Supervised and followed up managers and employees in the competence system in collaboration with the HRD (Learning and Development) department in Halliburton.
  • Update and develop training plans in collaboration with Baroid onshore project managers and executives.
  • Responsible for the implementation of HSEQ policies, procedures and guidelines for the department.
  • Provide support to the department for identification of "hazards", risk assessment, incident reporting, investigation, and other HSEQ work.
  • Leads, or participates in, internal and external audits.
  • Contributes to, and maintains, the KPI system.
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve performance in Baroid Norway's organization.
  • Update and maintain the management system for the department.
  • Some travel onshore and offshore will be required.

Qualifications:

  • College or university degree.
  • Good insight into and understanding of the HSEQ area.

  • Knowledge of Drilling and completion fluids or drilling waste management is an advantage.
